OFFLINE SYSTEM OMEGA-2

This Offline Jogging system works in combination with automatic loading at the cutting system. During the jogging process the sheets are exactly counted and the prepared layers are automatically stacked on the pallet by an Unloader BA-Z and separated by fiber chips.

At the cutting system an Automatic Loader BB uses the chips to separate the prepared paper layers smoothly and delivers them to an Automatic Pressing Station BPS or directly onto the rear table of the BAUMANN-PERFECTA paper cutter.
