LABEL CUTTING SYSTEM BASS
Fully automatic strip cutting system with Automatic jogger BSB 3L- PROFESSIONAL, Vertical buffer system BVP 3, turntable, and feeding the jogged lifts via the rear table onto a BAUMANN-PERFECTA 132 BASS strip cutter. After automatic cutting and alignment of the strips the BASS system moves them over to the next finishing station, which can be a BLUMER high-die cutter or another paper cutter for finishing the labels.
The Automatic jogger BSB 3L-PROFESSIONAL can be equipped with exact sheet counting and has borderless air removal for preventing any marks on sensitive paper. The jogger can be replaced by a fully automatic jogging system BASA.
With 5 spaces in the Vertical buffer system BVP 3 and two more on the turn-table and another air table, there is plenty of buffer capacity between jogger and the BAUMANN-PERFECTA cutter. This allows for uninterrupted and continuous strip cutting of the Automatic strip cutting system BASS.
