CUTTING SYSTEM BETA
Here is where efficiency and alleviation of work starts. Adding a photo cell controlled mobile stack Lift BSH and a jogger BSB-L with air removal will make the process of stock preparation a lot easier and therefor much faster. These components can be placed at either side of the cutter, inline with the front table, or in the L-shape layout as shown here.

The unloader BA becomes the workhorse in the cutting department. It boosts the productivity up to 70%. The operator is already paper jogging or cutting again while small or larger products are re-stacked fully automatically on the pallet.
If your cutting jobs require a fair amount of gutter cuts or back trimming, the efficiency at your next high-speed cutter could go up by 40% with the addition of an Automatic Waste Removal system (AWR).
