We will have a couple BAUMANN-PERFECTA cutting systems with paper handling equipment on the floor but can also discuss complex automated and custom-tailored solutions with you at the show. KAMA PC 76F is a versatile foil stamper, die cutter that can has, optical registration, tool-less Stripping and Blanking. Designed for fast make readies and ease of use.
KAMA Flexfold 52i fast make ready folder gluer for packaging. The perfect solution for short and medium straight line and lock bottom boxes. Change overs as fast as 5 minutes. With our automation we don't need highly skilled operators.
In addition we will have the Profold 74 commercial folder gluer for pocket folders, capacity pocket folders, envelopes, inserting, straight line boxes, lock bottom boxes, creasing, perforating, hot melt, cold glue, remoisten gluing, turning, taping, and a host of other possibilities.
Each Profold 74 comes with "Job Planner" software You enter the order data, and the Job Planner software automatically calculates the costs, delivery time and break-even for the batch. The software also calculates the set-up plan with a corresponding item for every tool. Repeat orders are saved.
