NEW SHOWROOM POLICY IN EFFECT


Absolute Printing Equipment/Perfecta USA have established the following procedures in order to keep both our staff and our customers as safe as possible and comply with Executive Order 20-26.

1)     All customers will enter the showroom area through the separate entrance located at the rear south side of the second building.

2)     All customers will be offered and encouraged to wear a mask and gloves during their visit.  We realize that these may need to be changed out during the visit and agree to keep an ample supply on hand in the showroom area.

3)     The showroom has a rest room so that a customer does not have to leave the showroom environment.               

4)     The show room will be deep cleaned before and after a customer visit. Thus, appointments will have to be made in order for Absolute to adhere to this policy.

5)     Customers may bring as many people with them as they wish, but we suggest no more than six.

6)     This policy may be amended from time to time to comply with updates from both the Governor and the CDC.  Customers wanting present guidelines are encouraged to contact the Safety Director at 317-862-9096.

7)     Demo staff will be limited to the technician and the necessary sales staff but will be limited to three employees. 

8)     Employees will be screened daily and sent home as necessary to promote a healthy environment.

9)     Employees will have a covering over their face that complies with current CDC guidelines.

10)  Due to all the equipment having touch screens employees may not be able to wear gloves.  We will remind our customers of this from time to time and encourage them not to touch the screens during the demo.

11)  This policy will start 5/14/2020 and will remain in effect until the Governor, CDC, and Safety Director deem appropriate.
