We offer solutions for fully-automatic paper jogging before the cutting process. But automation doesn’t have to stop here. BAUMANN-PERFECTA Robotic cutting systems can be configured for many commercial printing applications or for label cutting. There is no need to program the robot for every new cutting job. The software uses the actual cutting program from the guillotine cutter and the robot performs automatically every single step to execute and finish each cutting job.

ROBOTIC CUTTING FOR COMMERCIAL PRINTING APPLICATIONS

ROBOTIC STRIP CUTTING SYSTEM FOR LABEL PRODUCTION
It starts in the back of the cutter. The paper lifts are already jogged by a fully-automatic jogging system BASA Evolution or by a semi-automatic jogger BSB 3L- PROFESSIONAL SERIES. The transfer to the cutter is automated and we offer different buffer solutions, making sure there is no delay for delivery of the next paper lift.
The Robotic cutting system RC performs the 3—side trim of the paper lift and after automatic cutting and alignment of the label strips moves them over to the next finishing station, which can be a high-die cutter or another paper cutter for finishing the labels.
The Automatic jogger BSB 3L-PROFESSIONAL can be equipped with exact sheet counting and has borderless air removal for preventing any marks on sensitive paper. The jogger can be replaced by a fully-automatic jogging system BASA Evolution.
With 5 spaces in the Vertical buffer system BVP 3 or the even bigger buffer capabilities of the Multi-Layer Rack BMR 3, there is plenty of buffer capacity between jogger and the BAUMANN-PERFECTA cutter. This allows for uninterrupted and continuous strip cutting of the Robotic strip cutting system RC.
